I just got the  Netgear GS108Tv2 two weeks ago but have had little time to play with it due to job changes.

My first impression is this is one awesome switch. It has managed capability of many high end switches and some that most don't have. You can configure static multicast address or use IGMP snooping.  It even has an IGMP Snooping Querier.
